Any communication with Tabol can be made in either Greek or English.

This is an online platform that operates through a Website (including Websites powered or generated by tabol) and an Application and provides services for restaurant reservations and related services, using sophisticated artificial intelligence models. Simultaneously, Tabol is a useful digital service for small and medium-sized businesses, enabling them to access metrics-advisory tools related to the sales and preferences of their customers and competitors' customers, while ensuring they are connected to the right customers and suppliers.

 

2. Liability and Illegal Content Mechanism

At Tabol, we are committed to maintaining a safe and legal environment for our users. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, tabol cannot guarantee the completeness, reliability or accuracy of the content. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or any reliance on the information provided. However, we make our best efforts to ensure that the content displayed on our platform is accurate and up to date.

This will make it easier for us to establish that the information you have provided about the illegal content is correct. In any case, all legal actions and mechanisms of action under Articles 16 et seq. of the Regulation will be followed.

According to the Terms of Use of the Website and the Application, the reviews and comments submitted by you for the tabol Partners are displayed to the other users only as a review/rating of the Partner, through a star scale (from 1 to 5). The content of the comments and reviews will not be visible to the users, but exclusively and only to the Partner concerned by the review or comment in question. In any case, such content may be removed after a relevant inspection by tabol in case it is considered or declared illegal.
